IMPORTED WATER RATE INCREASE  - The District has mailed notification to our customers regarding an increase in imported water rates.  The District receives imported water from the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency and the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District.  Additional information about the proposed imported water rate increase can be found in the notice mailed to our customers.

DESIGN MANUAL AND CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES - The District has released copies of the draft Design Manual and Construction Guidelines - A Resource Guide for the Design and Construction of Water and Sewer Infrastructure.  This Manual has been developed to provide design engineers with consistent criteria for designing infrastructure within our service area.   More...

EAST BRANCH EXTENSION - PHASE II DRAFT EIR - The Department of Water Resources has released the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the State Water Project (SWP) East Branch Extension -Phase II. 

The proposed project consists of approximately six miles of new 72 and 78-inch diameter pipe, a new 560 acre-foot reservoir (Citrus Reservoir), a new 200 cubic feet per second (cfs) pump station (Citrus Pump Station), expansion of the existing Crafton Hills Pump Station from 60 to 135 cfs, and installation of an additional pump at the existing Cherry Valley Pump Station to increase capacity from 32 to 56 cfs.    

The East Branch Extension conveys water to the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District (SBVMWD) and the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency (SGPWA) in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
